Are you absolutely sure that Crow's Eye is NOT hitscan? It feels nothing like Vestian Dynasty, which is the only non-hitscan sidearm that I am certain about

It doesn't have the Hakke perk (increases projectile velocity) that makes SIdearms hitscan, but it still may be. I'll test it when I can.

Dregs Promise isn't hitscan either, I don't think.

Dreg's Promise is definitely not hitscan but I have the Crow's Eye and it really feels like hitscan to me
