Mmmm, it really shouldn't be raised. It's a low skill job. Most people have the choice to get educated and have a higher skill job. If they're doing something that takes years of training, shouldn't they be compensated more for it?

Personally id support increases at every income level below (x) number not specified yet but I personally wouldn't just do a min wage increase because I know people will be salty I believe it was NY that did it wrong for 12 by allowing only certain sectors to feel the increase.

That would be a little better, but I would think that'd create greater inflation or unemployment.

Most people on minimum wage are people with families to raise as child care I'd to expensive they have to work less hours which 90% of the time are minimum wage

I understand that. Not to be an asshole about it (haha, get it) but that's their problem. If it's raised, you could cause unemployment. The employees with families that get cut are now in even greater trouble.
