Fix the hit detection for hunter and titan.

Hit detection needs to be improved, half the time attacks with arc blade miss, and titan melee fails to proc on hit. please fix the hit detection.

  • Well here's a hint to start off with: It certainly isn't main hand exotic weapons [spoiler]IT DEFINITELY ISN'T YEAR ONE WEAPONS[/spoiler] Seriously guys, what the blimey bloody tap dancing Jesus are you guys thinking!?!?!? I seriously feel like taking a drive up to Bellevue so I can sit down with SOMEONE to get these things addressed, because apparently no matter how many times it's said, or brought up, or talked about, or painfully obvious NOTHING IS BEING DONE. I DONT EVEN PLAY ANYMORE AND HEARING ABOUT THESE THINGS STILL BEING A PROBLEM IS FLABBERGASTING AND IS LITERALLY RAGE INSPIRING. BUNGIE MY WHOLE LIFE ALL I HAVE EVER WANTED TO DO WAS CREATE AND BALANCE GAMES. WATCHING MY IDOL GAMING COMPANY SLOWLY POISON A MASTERPIECE HAS BEEN EXCRUCIATINGLY PAINFUL TO WATCH. BUNGIE YOU ARE BETTER THAN THIS I KNOW YOU ARE COME ON WAKE UP By the way, that is the first time in my [u]entire life[/u] that I have written a paragraph in caps lock. Not even kidding. I don't even know where to begin. I'm just going to tackle everything. Short. Sweet. To the point. Let's talk about how we fix this mess. Here is what needs to be fixed, and implemented. 1:Golden gun has been subpar since the day I made a hunter. It has been the special of, that's okay I guess. It has remained that way since vanilla, since darkness below, since house of wolves, and even now in Taken King. Just thinking about golden gun reminds me why gloves of the ahamkara, double combustion knives in a strength discipline build and scavenger was the most fun I had on my hunter. PROBLEM: It's called "the gunslinger" not "the clepto demolitionist" Golden gun is GREAT in crucible; with max intellect, talented for reduced cool down reduction with symbiote, and bad juju. Then it FINALLY becomes viable. In a setting. One. Oh I take it back I'd suppose during times vengeance in vault of glass with that one helmet that came out in a later expansion that makes golden gun hit six times as hard. Two settings. Flaming last word needs to be [b]overhauled[/b]. The word is overhauled, but of course the whole lying to ourselves and being complacent for two years thing has already ran its course, and it's already done it's damage. We won't be seeing it done until Destiny 2. But this should have been addressed forever ago. 2:Circle of life is garbage. Every talent is supposed to be a viable choice. Let's not railroad a talent anymore. Suggestion: throwing knife grants additional bullet. Done. This rewards skill. Skill=gunslinger throwing knife, 3 Knife juggler: You guys can Address this in a slew of ways. Keep throwing knives super subpar as they are, knife juggler grants knife that stacks for a third. Reduced melee cool down, dramatically increase the speed and distance of said thrown knife. One of these has to happen. Why you ask? The vex that's why, and the fact that the throwing hits like a baby kitten. VIABILITY in equal parts. There is nothing more disenchanting about a player character than when you know you could hold more knives in real life. Nothing says blahse like doing it real life better than the hero could. It's simply disengaging. Change that. 4: I forget the name of that one garbage talent, the one that makes garbage gun pierce it's target. Make it increase fire damage, or grant an additional bullet. You aren't fooling anyone, that gun he pulls out is a steaming hot last word. Last word holds more than three rounds, also really multi kills are better secured with the exploded talent. Hunters don't use banana cannon for sniping. If that's your spec, sorry to tell you dude it's a waste. Arc Dancer 1: backstab Viability, again why this talent remains completely unused. The combat engine of this game does not support this talent being viable. There was a moment in time where I tried everything to make this ability work. Now, with blinkstrike missing at crucial moments ONTOP of having to also be invisible this talent to consider using it, then the never in a chance of hell getting a chance to stab a back this talent is an embarrassment. It would have to do an obscene amount of damage to even consider and even then it would only make it good on bosses. How this talent has remained this stupid is beyond me. 2:Sprint: This talent even with MIDA and capped agility it is hard to notice the sprint speed boost. This talent is here for a reason and that reason is closing gaps. When I'm running side by side with a player I barely gain a couple of feet on them, Does that really qualify as viable when you consider triple single point sling, weapon jack, and plan c? It needs to be faster. Make it noticeable. 3: Encore bug: still happens, I pop show stopper, it makes several kills but because I activated it just a little too late the special bar refills from the encore kills, but because it ran out for a split second the character stands there unable to attack until it exits all the way. 4:Blade dance shockwave: kinda useless. No I lied its super useless. Like I see the attack and it just runs into things and disappears. ONTOP of that it's incredibly hard to aim and leaves you wide open. Point for point and the fact that teacup boxes can stop my shockwave makes showstopper superior. Needs a fix. 5:Blink strike should be able to be executed out of blink. If I'm already blinking what the hell is stopping me from holding a knife at the end of it. It's akin to doing 60 down the freeway, coming up to your exit, you turn on your blinker. come to a screeching halt then making your turn after accelerating from 0 in the middle of the freeway. Why this can't be combined with blink is kinda stupid especially when you consider that blink strike is a teleport strike. This is seriously aggravating, get your shit together Bungie you're embarrassing me.
