Or the Titan melee procs, but nothing happens, yet you lose your melee charge. This happens on most of my Sunstrikes.

It keeps happening to me, too. It'll throw them back and put a DoT on them but not do any damage when it hits them.

Sunstrike the most! It's like it gets confused and just does nothing. I have had what I think was Damage Referee make up for my melee being a dud once on Thieve's Den, though. It killed him like it was a suicide (the like zig-zag wave pattern in the killfeed,) when he wasn't even burning on my screen before his character suddenly was dedded.
