So I watched your video and I see some latency. Bungie has added a new system to the crucible called damage referee which favors good connection and places bad connection based people with bad connection based people. I'd recommend taking a look at bungies Network troubleshooting guide. This can drastically improve your internet so you can avoid being placed into laggy matches like this. Bungie takes all reports seriously and Investigates extensively. I recommend using the consoles report feature as they have enforcement teams as well.
