Go back to the House of Wolves re-rolling system. Now that shot package has been removed and snipers can't one-shot, why take it out? People would get good, fun rolls on legendaries that could compete with exotics, and you would see some diversity. Players would actually try to get legendary guns in hopes of good rolls. Please put in back in, it was part of the reason I loved the House of Wolves.
