Not receiving all expansion items and referral not working

I have a friend who had destiny before myself. His gamer tag for Xbox one is Batmanz420. It would not let him generate a referral code so I generated one and gave it to him and it says he hasn't even purchased the taken King yet we play it together a lot. Just wondering if this can be fixed. And also i purchased the expansion and have received the exotic items for hunter and Titan but not warlock. I've created new warlocks and still nothing. Any help would be great considering the taken King isn't cheap. Don't want it to be a waste and have to return it since there are already issues. This isn't my first time reaching out for a response from bungee either. So I'm trying one more time. And asking nicely. Please help.

  • Try adjusting the console privacy settings and bungie.net settings. I've noticed that if the console settings are too strict that bungie.net can't find the specific purchase line. Yes bungie.net knows he has it, but this part looks in the account history for purchases and redeemed codes. Try it and let me know.

  • These bugs have yet to be fixed by bungie. You just have to wait.
