PLEASE FIX MATCHMAKING. NOW.

I love Destiny. I have put more hours of my life into this game than any Call of Duty iteration. The ability to play with up to five of my online friends any night in cooperative modes or to go tear through crucible as a cohesive unit (winning some, losing some) is amazing. The fact that I haven't had to move on to a different game because of a lack of community size is amazing as well. The combat system suits me, things just feel right. Stop f***ing with things that aren't broken. Since the update to your matchmaking protocols, I cannot go into Crucible without it becoming a rage-inducing affair. My team (my clan and and/or 'blueberries') and I get sent to fight teams that are very clearly above our class. Tonight, I fought a match where I got killed as I respawned at least 8 times - through snipers, supers, heavy and shotgun. We lost that match by a margin just not enough to be forced into 'mercy'. It is almost impossible for me to have fun with PvP anymore. Let me repeat, IT IS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE FOR ME TO HAVE FUN PLAYING CRUCIBLE ANYMORE. I cannot have fun in crucible when 80% of the time, I have no chance of winning. I love playing close games. Participating in those last second races to 20,000 points gets me pretty pumped. Winning by a mile swells my pride. Losing by several thousand can be disappointing, but it happening now and again sharpens my skills. Losing by a landslide virtually every game makes me reconsider putting Destiny in my PS4. Tonight, I had two personal victories. Two matches this evening that have made me feel accomplished, out of the entire evening (One, I finally got an Eyasluna NOT rendered useless by bad perks - two, beating a team in skirmish nearly by myself with No Land Beyond + Vestian Dynasty). I started playing at 6. I had been playing on and off with two teams of friends. It is now 11:30-ish and I have force-shutdown Destiny on my PS4, so that I can actually play games without stress. Return us to skill-based matchmaking. Take a harder stance on players with regularly slow connections, within the bounds of skill-based matchmaking. Allow your players to fight people in their own skill level. Let crucible be challenging AND fun.
