How do you make someone gain faith on themselves again?
How can you make someone who lost faith on themselves gained faith on them once again?

Is it posible to gain faith again? Like faith in getting back in dating someone

Lets say u ask someone "why are you still single? Its been 5 years since you been single.." Answers "i lost faith on me, thats why"
Question is can that be fixed? Or is it over for the Punch?

You've obviously been rather too brutally honest with yourself! & tbh as far as I know there is no trick to regaining lost self esteem :( therapists would disagree but only if you believe the crap they spew! My advice to bolster your self esteem is to realise few humans look deep enough into themselves/society to give themselves doubts about themselves most are too superficial! ;)

Sometimes you can fake it. And by doing that sometimes you put real faith and real confidence in yourself
