Kings Fall HM reminders

Recently been running into a bunch of people still asking about the parameter differences between HM and NM. Just making this as a compilation listing of all I know just for convenience: HM requirements for an easy group: #1. All fights are 300 light adds with 310 bosses except the final encounter at Oryx. #2. 307, 308, and 309 LL AT THE VERY BEGINNING are ok. Please note it is never personal though if RNg does not give you drops to at least cover a 311 or 312 rating by Oryx? You will be kicked. The enemies are 320 and a 310 or below will see the red level indicators on for a reason. 309 or below simply can't damage enemies well enough. #3. Most fights have hidden strategies or easy mode. A good group leader will know these and with the aid of 3 members at 313+ LL will be able to keep the fights going. #4. The baseline for all boss fights is be within 5 LL to not incur too bad a penalty. This means a 305 LL is an ideal starting point for all boss fights and to IDEALLY have a 305 special and primary weapon. #5. Remember your overall LL is only your baseline damage modifier. It is directly dependent on your weapon's rating too to deal sufficient damage with that 5 LL indicator from above playing the key factor, if it reaches 10 LL differences? It will take on a second damage modifier penalty. A 308 with a 293/290 heavy or special for a laugh factor will incur a large penalty against a 300 and 310 boss. Please do not do that like I've seen a few cocky guardians do. #6. Know your class roles. I'm not talking about the fight. HM is like it was Y1 VOG in the sense there is one constant for EVERY team: Execution. If you fail at being able to execute the given strategy? You will be booted. It's not fair for 5 people to pull their weight and 1 person blindsides everyone as a result. #7. Be comfortable with the fights. Go do normal mode and then HM on another day if you have an issue remembering the various roles. Like the previous point, HM is about execution. Normal mode is often called practice mode for this exact reason. Like I said, this is just based on recent experiences. I don't mind first timers, nor people getting used to the damage increases/challenge mode explanations... but when the group get's disbanded because of a few not knowing the raid on HM? Then you shouldn't be in there. It complicates things and makes it more difficult for the group to be successful. Feel free to add other things.
