Sat out in the car for a minute and thought "maybe I should look at the new hitman game review first to atleast see if people in the comment section liked it" . Saw that they aren't even releasing the damn full game at launch. Pulled straight out of the parking lot. Moral of the story: GameStop parking lots is one of the good ways to view if a game is worth it or not.

1 ReplyDon't why you went to game stop for the hit man game. They already stated there wouldn't be a physical release until late 2017

I've bought every Hitman game since they were released on PC (god I hated the latest one though, who thought a bar that dictates your stealth would be a good idea?) but I can't bring myself to by this one. I'll get it when the full game is released.

To be fair the people making the hitman game told the world what they were doing with the game at e3.

I bought the digital version on release day. I like it. $15 to try it out. If I really like it. I pay $44 more and get additional content throughout the year.

I don't think many people understand why they are doing this. IO wanted more time to be able to work on their game, so now that they are releasing it episodically, they can work on it more. They don't gain any extra money by doing it like this. A person spends their $60 on the game (you can also spend $15 for each episode) and you get everything immediately as it releases. They also said that they were getting tired of just releasing a game and then going dark for 6-10 years. They practically ship out a new game once every console generation. Do I agree with this practice? Yeah sure, they aren't getting extra money out of it. But that doesn't mean I'm going to buy it until the full game ships in 2017.

3 RepliesYea I hate how they're doing that. I'm not really that big a fan of the hitman games but regardless when I heard how they were releasing it, I was disgusted.

4 RepliesI loved the hit man games on ps3. But I can't buy a game that dosent have the full game.

5 RepliesYeah i was gonna buy it until i saw that it's released in an episodic manner.

9 RepliesYeah, I heard the rest of the game will be sold/released as a download, correct me if I'm wrong. GS is pretty handy when they have all those promo posters up.
