What do you want him to sell? Every week someone post something like this about poor Xur. I don't get it.
Just buy the 3oC, and grind whatever it is you wanted. Just a reminder, there isn't any content in TTK. You probably have everything already. It isn't Xur's fault that Bungie didn't make any interesting Exotics for TTK. That would be Luke Smith's fault, the Destroyer of Destinys.

All the really good exotics are comming this spring with the second half of TTK content release lol. I save up my engrams for then, since I have every exotic from engrams you can get in the game lol. My exotic tablets are all unlocked except for exotic class items lol

Just remember what happened with the last two DLCs. Exotic engrams that you held on to for the DLC decrypted at the old levels.

yes but that was y1 to y2, this is within the same year of content, so I dont think the exotics will be capped at 310, but i don't know for sure

I did say last two. So from TDB to HoW. Same year. I seem to remember it happening at that time as well.
