It's RNG. Your rewards have nothing to do with how well you did. This game has been out for a while and some people still can't seem to understand that.

I'm aware that it is RNG. I did use that as a tag. But the fact remains the reward system is broken. The top 3 on each team should have a better chance of getting loot with higher light (265 gauntlets for a 307 guardian? C'mon!) or legendary/exotic engrams. It isn't difficult.

Would seem the opposite is true, sir. The player at the bottom shouldn't get a 314 anything while the top scorer gets a mote of light. Should be the other way around. And given the things I've seen in just this IB, I would say they haven't addressed it at all.

Yeah, and I've seen top players get 320 ghosts and the bottom get zilch. At the end of the day. Your reward is for playing the game at all, not for performance.
