I think I got video proof for something wrong with triple tap snipers, or something at least.
I shot my last sniper bullet (vendor 1000 yard stare, mulligan triple tap. And NO I didn't get 3 quick headshots), it was a headshot and a kill, but I got my bullet back from I think mulligan. So the game registered the bullet as a hit but also as a miss. I don't know, this was recorded today in the iron banner, neither the enemy team or me had a bad internet connection. So I don't know what caused it.

Edit: It is probably some kind of bug with triple tap, because it says that triple tap activated but I didn't get 3 headshots.

It's probably a problem with mulligan itself. I have mulligan on my Eirene and half the time it procs even when I get direct hits.
