That was the one I wanted to follow before the game came out but then it wasn't there to follow, I wanted to be a titan too and that worked.

That was supposed to be one of the original factions of the city but was not added or maybe will appear later on. I don't know much about them can you tell me why you follow them and what you believe they want.
