I've just jumped into dark souls again. I've never beaten it but I have beaten blood borne and ds2 I'm just after the spider lava lady that I can't pronounce the name of. Are there any fool leveling points I'm currently just killing the enemies in the bottom of the poison area any other recommendations?

If you rang both the bells you're supposed to go to Sen's Fortress now Which is right next to the Undead Parish, right at Andre's bonfire

The slugs in the poison swam drop some good upgrade materials

Dark souls is not a grinder, u should go explore other areas such as the darkroot garden and kill some optional bosses, if u don't want to go back up blight town, go fight the boss in the demon ruins after quelaag. He's not a bad fight if u stay in the crevice and lure his attacks. After u do this, u should have enough souls to level quite a bit
