Correct me if I'm wrong (I'll ask my prof just Incase) If bungie is in a contract with Activision and let's say they don't want to be anymore (which I doubt) Would changing the name of destiny void their contract allowing bungie to find a new publisher since the name destiny would be the one on the old contract?
