Welcome back! I can't wait for DkS3, it's the first Souls game I'll see in its prime. I really need more games to play, I've been playing ESO and DkS2 PvP a lot lately and they're getting boring, mainly due to all the gankers and overly aggressive players.
Do you think there'll be a Catarina set in this one?

Yo, what up Nite? Yeah I feel you, I've been playing a lot of stuff. Namely Disgaea 5 and Gravity Rush. That's iffy, on the one hand it was in DkS2, but it was only available in the DLC. So it could be in the base game this time, or the DLC, or not at all.

Well, you could get it in the base game, but it took a lot of patience, you had to farm a Catarina knight that spawns above one of the bonfires in the forest of fallen Giants in NG+. Somebody just told me that the Catarina set isn't the best in the game, for looks at least.

Was that there in Vanilla? I thought they didn't add that till Sunken King. Hell its been forever since I discovered it for myself I have no idea xD Did you tell them to get their fashion souls right? ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) It's a really decent set of armor, I can't remember if it's Twinkling or Regular upgrade path though so that'd be a factor in it. All I care about is my Onionbro power :^)

It's twinkling, luckily I'm using the Zweihander, I also use a trident for quicker foes, and those both take regular paths. I'm completely out of Twinkling titanite. What build are you planning for DkS3? I'm thinking a strength/faith build, they made the lightning spears look awesome and viable in pvp. Too bad that my favorite spell in DkS2, Soul Appease, wouldn't work in DkS3.

Ugh I hate the fact that you can't buy twinkling Titanite in DkS2. It's Dragon Shrine or bust now. That's a tough question, I normally play it by ear when it comes to building first thing, I'm really excited for the new mana system as opposed to having a set number of casts, but I'm not sure if I wanna sacrifice mana for weapon arts or for magic yet. I'm leaning towards magic because that'll probably be the easiest path through the game, but I normally just go with a Quality build.
