Bungie does not discuss or dispute bans/restrictions
As it says restriction it is temporary however it is for an indeterminate time so you will just have to wait it out

yea it says temporary. but like a week? a month? i dont know. i apologize to destiny for not knowing my internet was bad. but would like this fixed back. or at least a short temporary ban

It is a temporary ban, but no timetable. Most likely a couple weeks, but no one truly knows.
