Is a 28 ping good?
Edit: just checking because o hear about all this lag that people get yet have maybe had a laggy game once or twice max.

28 is good. I have 12.

I assume you are asking based on a figure you got from a connection test ? All that tells you is that your connection is ok (assuming there's very little jitter and no packet loss) to a test server that is relatively close, but your ping will be different for each host you connect to in Destiny.

That depends on your speeds, but if you're running anything around 100+mbs that is stellar ping.
