Idea to bring Y1 weapons over to Y2!

So you've just completed your 100th VoG run, doing your community a solid by carrying Destiny's next intake and trying to leave them a good impression of the game...and Bungie rewards you with a now redundant Fatebringer. You've worked your ass over in Y1 for it, only to drop for you in Y2 as a slap in the face...if only it could be ascended to Year 2 up to 320 LL. ...Well now we can, at Eververse Trading Co., your hard work has not gone unnoticed. Bring back your relics of Year 1 to the tower, because Tess is now selling salvaged weapon crates for the small fee of 1600 silver. Each crate contains a guaranteed 280 Legendary weapon, 15-20 weapon parts, 30% chance of 1-2 exotic shards...and...10% chance of an ascension token. Lucky enough to get an ascension token? Well bring it over to Banshee! Because 4 more ascension tokens and he will upgrade that piece of Junk up to shiny Year 2 standards to 280 Light! Want it at 320? Simple. Infuse it with 20x marks, 50x weapon parts and another ascension token + your dismantled weapon and you're another step closer :). For those complaining that it's pay to win, it's not. This is not a micro-transaction as we're not buying the salvaged weapon crates with real money, only in-game Silver. You're welcome. Edit: If you're gonna argue that it's RL money. Well it is, but it's not directly going to Bungie, which is the issue we're having. The money we pay for silver goes 100% to our respective Sony/Microsoft. Sony or Microsoft then use that money in their micro-transaction bidding account. That account is then used by Sony/Microsoft to place a bid with Activision as to who wins timed-exclusive content rights with Destiny...and we can pretty much see that Xbox is for the poor people (no offense, not judging on a personal level. But maybe you guys should look into property investment and get yourselves out of the rent trap, if you add up all the shitty Microsoft exclusive titles you own, it's probably half of your house deposit right there). Not having a stab at Xbox ppl. PC Master Race are the worst, dw. Spend $1800 on a Titan X like my friend Josh, yet still struggles to buy $5 red wine that no1 else wants to drink if he's lucky enough to be invited out to parties.
