You must be camper. Rift is set up for camping snipers with no balls to go head to head. Just camp in line sight of spark and snipe away.
Could they please just set it back to control for those of us who like to battle up close and not have to carry a sniper out of self defense.
Here is a better ideal make it Mayhem Clash that is some fun ass gameplay.

Actually, I'm quite the opposite. Though close sniping is not something I'm against, I'm not a noob with a stupid MIDA/Sniper loadout. Since the new matchmaking, I've slowly lost interest in this playlist choice. Funny, my friends and I were discussing the same thing about Mayhem Clash...would be a lot of fun.

Funny its what you were just bragging about in your post. Playing this rift crap daily forces me to break my 1k stare out just to defend myself. Pathetic game mode designed for campers is exactly what rift is.

Or hunters running Shadestep/Shotty loadout, such as myself. It works out quite well.
