Crimson Doubles should introduce Rose

It would make sense with Valentine's Day! Rose was a Hand Cannon that was corrupted by the Darkness and eventually became Thorn. Obviously, Rose wouldn't just appear. There would be a quest to purify Thorn by using it in Crimson Doubles or something. Anyone agree?

  • Sorry to burst everyone's bubble... There never was a Rose. Rose was symbolic of how Dredgen saw himself, when he thought he was still the beacon of hope that fought for good his cannon (Thorn) was a beautiful Rose, but as he started to accept (and hate) who he was he saw it for what it really was. Jagged Thorns. He wasn't a hero, and by Sword Logic he fought. He looked for challenges to be defeated in the Crucible... Thalor, an undefeated Titan, fell (not killed fell in Crucible) to Dredgen and his Thorn. Then he sought out a legend, a man who went into the Vault and came out, even if insane. Pahanin was his first true victim, Dredgen turned from the Light then, his Ghost abandoning him on Mars. He later finds out about Jaren and goes after him, when he gets there he sees Shin Malphur and knew. Dredgen killed Jaren, instructing the Guardian-less Ghost to bring The Last Word back for Shin. Shin took it, and went after Dredgen, they met at Dwindler's Ridge, where Dredgen died his final death.
