Sunsinger: Probably Claws of Ahamkara, but there really isn't anything that stands out.
Stormcaller: The Impossible Machines.

I think I'd pick Obsidian Mind over The Ram, but then again I'm not a big PVP player either.

Obsidian Mind is definitely a PvE Exotic. It's almost worthless in PvP.
