Just Got a New Router and Now I Keep Getting Booted From Destiny

Just got a new router. 5ghz double speed upgrade etc, and it is set up with my Xbox One. Destiny ran completely fine before I had this upgrade. Other games work fine (played halo 5, no issues), Internet is completely fine on other devices also. However; whenever I try to play destiny, after logging on to a character for around 10 minutes, it cuts off and gives me an error message - canary (saying my I have no internet connection) It also sometimes cuts off my Xbox live while the Internet on my iPhone 6 works fine. Help? It's a shame since I wasted to go to the lighthouse today :( Thanks,

  • Try unplugging your console and router for 15 min then booting both up Try clearing your console cache just like this https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12539 And switching to a wired connection and taking a look at bungies network troubleshooting guide https://www.bungie.net/en/Support/Troubleshoot?oid=12915
