Since you included Rasputin 5 grimoire card, you should take the time to read the part where it says and I quote "Activate LOKI CROWN." Please before you say it wasn't mentioned because Rasputin did in fact attack the traveler to keep it from leaving

Rasputin 5 is Rasputin defining criteria,not actually acting. He's developing his responses if things happen. He said IF he's at midnight, and ISR detects the traveler leaving, then "Activate Loki Crown". When you read what Rasputin actually does during the collapse, he stops at midnight and signs off, never activates Loki crown.

I took that to mean what would happen if midnight happened in an effort to keep the traveler from leaving regardless. Besides Rasputin 3 says format moral structures for midnight exigent. So I've always come to the conclusion that he attacked the traveler regardless
