Why would you change cocoon?
I love cocoon.

Ah, Dave's got it exactly.

I don't think he's advocating a change to cocoon, I think he's saying that for hallowed weapons, it should be an intrinsic perk - you know, the perk on the far left side of the perk tree. That way, it would free up an extra spot on the perk tree for an additional perk.
