The weapon parts drought was caused because they adjusted the drop rate. They fixed the parts drought by allowing us to buy them from the gunsmith. I personally was running real low on armor materials before SRL started, but I've been getting helmet drops like crazy. So it's leveling back out. My point is that I'm managing, but if I level up 1 or 2 full sets of gear or bungie decides to adjust the drop rate again, there might be a problem. SO they should just start selling them now to both help us if we accidentally go overboard with usage or if like I said, bungie screws something up again. Better safe than sorry!
