Good ideas! To some extend I understand why Bungie isn't handing out exotics on the maxed found level as this would make infusing too easy. It happened exactly like this when Black Spindle was at the kiosk at 310. Everybody with enough exotic shards and glimmer had his specials up to 310 in minutes.

I saw this concern raised as well in another reply, and I am understanding more of why they did it now. It's just I am one of those players who doesn't have too, too many exotic shards and has to be thrifty when I infuse things.
