Today, I finally collected all the calcified fragments after beating the Oryx challenege....or so I thought. My DestinyTracker online and Grimoire cards show I've collected 100% of the fragments and that I've acquired 50 and missing 0, but when I'm actually playing Destiny and hovering over the Dreadnaught, it says I have 48/50 for each of my characters.
How am I supposed to collect two more fragments I've already earned to get my rewards for getting all 50 calcifieds?

You can collect the fragments on each character. Which means across all 3 characters you could have collect 50 but it only counts if your warlock got all 50. So say you have a Warlock and a Titan. Your Titan may have the fragment for doing challenge mode Warpriest but you never took your Warlock through. So your gamer tag has the fragment for WP but not your Warlock. Thus your Warlock is at 48/50. This stinks cause is makes it a pain in the rear to figure out who is missing what. I am currently helping one of my friends go through and recheck all 50 fragments to help him find his missing one. My best advice is try all the court of Oryx again. Easy to miss them there when doing game stuff with multi classes.
