I know it's not the raid, but just hang in for a second or to read this. Just completed the nightfall activity for week 51 of 2015. I wasn't looking for 320 gear or whatever just something remotely worth my while. My reward ends up being a package that contains an emote from fall 2015. If I wanted any specific emote that time I would've bought it don't you think? A reward like that is just spitting in the face of a player. I'm not looking for something I can convey to players around me, in the form of a badly structured emote. Just give me something usable in the game. I would've been happy with 20 coins or motes or whatever. But this? This is just killing a player's reasons to keep playing. This needs to be removed from the game as a possible reward. Much like the warpriest challenge it's just pathetic. Edit// To add insult to injury. Once I open it to see what my emote turns out to be, there is only silence. Nothing at all. Wow bungie, I been a fan of the game since the beta. But give a little more back to the fans please. And buy f-ing activision out of their end of the contract for Christ sake. You sold your soul, but you can buy it back.
