Wow!! So instead of me spending my $10.00 on 2 emotes that I really wanted I bought the record book instead for exclusive armor, shader ect, only to find this out!!! I'm heated right now to say the least!
By the way could some reply to this so I can check on this subject periodically for any updates from Bungie.

I had bought the book too.

It's been fixed, and now those players will have to purchase the book to use those items.
