You bring up a video that was released a year or more before the game was released, a video released to display things that could be in Destiny, while the game was still in development. Do you know how easy it is to make a video about stuff, before you ever actually develope the stuff in the video. Also if you listen to what is said in that video you proudly want to bash Bungie over, nothing is ever said about when any of that content would be released. So no it's not cut content, it's a preview of content that will be in destiny at some point in the game. God children now days are so god damn entitled it's a -blam!-ing joke.
