SIGN here if you want rare Weapons/Armor to be able to be upgraded to legendary.
I've seen a lot of rare items that I would rather use.

2 RepliesThe problem with this is that you lose out on perks and stats, what you truly want is either a vanity slot or transmogrification Personally I'd prefer transmogrification, and you could have it done by Tess, not for silver of course but for a sizable chunk of glimmer, after all these are cosmetic Changes after all Rarity of the item your transmogrifying and the rarity of the item your transmogrifying it into would alter the price respectively, of course transmogrification could only be done to legendary and exotics, being their the only armor strong enough to handle the physical changes without losing there abilities and attributes
