SIGN here if you want rare Weapons/Armor to be able to be upgraded to legendary.
I've seen a lot of rare items that I would rather use.

1 ReplyI think this is a great idea, but the only question that is left is: What's the point of the raid gear? Well, I believe there is actually an answer to that. One thing I noticed in HoW is what you upgraded mattered differently. Upgrading VoG gear helped you VoG, upgrading PoE gear helped you in , you guessed it, PoE. I see no different with the new raid gear. Now what does the blue gear do? I believe it should be rerollable perks.Guardians, do not freak out, rerolling was powerful on guns, the best rerolling for armor could do is help you in PVE. Plus, make it hard to get the rerolling material such as having our current raids rotate like a nightfall. The final boss for that weekly raid would give you that material. Let me know what you guys think!
