Lol the plants are in Ukraine so it is technically their power. It's up to Russia to hook you guys up with electrical infastructure now that Crimea is no longer a part of Ukraine. It's a shitty situation and the fact that 1.8 million people are without power is awful. The Tatars could have just told Russia to build new plants to take over instead of throwing a hissyfit and blowing Pylons. Simplest solution is Russia could have just paid them to keep the power on...
