When I had to do it I thought I'd solo it. I died, I sh*t you not, [b]28 times in a row, turned my console off and didn't touch Destiny for a solid week[/b]. Then I tried again next week with a couple guys I found on LFG and did it in the second try. Morale of the story: Sh*t's too damn difficult solo. Get a Fireteam.
