Quick bungie satisfaction poll. Cozmo or deej, care to comment?
Are you satisfied or dissatisfied with bungie on how they've handled destiny. This covers everything, what is your general opinion of destiny.
I'm very interested in everyones opinion.
Please let's keep the hate and general childish behavior to a minimum, thanks.

There are way too many new games out and about to be released to be pouring tons of cash in a company that doesn't want to get off their duff and make a proper game!!!

It started out a little rough at launch, but The Dark Below and House of Wolves expansions really helped it. I would say that last summer, I played almost nothing other than Destiny. There was so much to do. Two raids, Prison of Elders Nightfall and Weekly strikes for PvE players, and Iron Banner and Trials for PvP players. Now the PvE game has been almost destroyed. Instead of having three playable raids, Nightfalls and Weeklies that are fun and rewarding, and Prison of Elders to play, we now have one raid and Nightfalls with crap rewards. So when all us year one players started year two, we lost all the stuff we grinded to get for over a year, the two original raids, the Prison of Elders, and Nightfalls that had a point. Great expansion Bungie. Best game, 10/10.

Bungie needs to get their head out of their rear end, they need to drop their so called "philosophy", smarten up and actually make the game worth playing... It's clear as day that Destiny is going to become a microtransaction ridden game... Destiny 2 will launch with it... RNG will make it near impossible to get the gear you want, no matter how much time and effort you put into the game, then you'll be able to pay instead of spending hours grinding for nothing. This game had SOO much potential, there are so many examples of how to improve it and perfect it, but Bungie just ignores the obvious and instead tries to make everything a grind so they don't have to make actual compelling content... I would hope that Destiny 2 would fix most of the current issues, but that's a pipe dream.

3 RepliesWhatever happened to respecting our time? Stingy RNG, duplicate exotics from decrypted engrams, poor raid rewards if any at all. To do this to us so soon after making that comment shows lack of respect.

1 ReplyMy opinion of Destiny is that it is fun to play with friends, but I have Battlefront for that now ... and, it's Star Wars. Hello? STAR WARS!!!!! Destiny reality check: the Skyrim DLC, Dragonborn, cost $19.99 to buy. That DLC pack contained more content in both map size and quests/missions/etc than ALL of Destiny to date including vanilla through TTK. Now toss in how huge Skyrim was as a whole and the comparison becomes laughable. Destiny is a loot grind, and that is all. Given how awesome Halo was, we all know Bungie can do much better.

This sums up the first year of Destiny and Activision approved. Bungie seems to be that dog in the yard with a chain too tight around its neck. Destiny is a failure that fans support due to what was before. If they had a brain they would realize that 80% of the Halo team is gone. Replaced by yes men and butt kissing Activision drones at Bungie. Activison had Bungie by the balls with the contract and they took the money. Much like a Mofia man who lent some one money and now has a free servant.

7 RepliesShitty practices from a "TripleA" developer. Bungie will no longer have that credibility and trust from the halo days. Sucks that they chose to cash grab/nickel and dime us on this game in exchange for losing out trust and admiration. Bungievision done -blam!-ed this game up.

As a gamer in general, Im investing way more time into the awesomeness of new releases vs. having the same Debbie downer conversation about destiny. The same conversation we've been having for months.
