I thought all exotic engrams were supposed to decrypt at 310 after we got our light level to 310. I finally hit 310 thanks to Iron Banner last week (Thanks Bungie for fixing IB loot), and used my 3 of coins for the weeklies today, and got a helmet engram! Now here I am all, really excited because my helmet is holding me back at 295. I'm thinking an exotic helmet will get me to 311 or 312. I make sure I have all my best gear on and I take it to the Rahool: 290 The Stag...which is great because I was on my titan and I already have a 290 Stag on my warlock. Trolled again.
