Shotgunned a guy in banner yesterday. Depleted his shield and and put a small dent in the lifebar. Proceed to blinkstrike him. Blinkstrike connects, escape artist activates for me (meaning I hit my target). Health bar didn't even move from where my shotgun left it.... must be a melee thing like when I arc blade a player five times(hearing it connect everytime) and they don't even take damage
