Cant move my Agonarch rune from vault

Hi i have problems getting my charged Agonarch rune from the vault to my inventory, using the andriop app and bungie.net. I have no issue moving other stuff its just my Agonarch rune

It's a patch to a old glitch pretty much you have to go to the tower if you wanna pick it up.
