Sleeper Simulant Quest is Back!
Guys the quest is gone
If you missed it, the next time it will be available is on the 7th of the next month

Soon as you spawn get on the public event app and wait or visit the under city when the public event starts there it's a pain it took me about 3 hours and a friend joined just as it started.
