You get an urgent transmission...
Zavala sounds panicked, Cayde sounds serious, and Ikora is distraught with worry. You race to the Tower...
Each of the various enemy factions has sent an emissary with the same general message:
Cabal Centurion, unarmed: "We of the Cabal will not follow the Emperor if you agree to be allies with us."
Hive Knight, unarmed: "You have tarnished our gods. We would like you to be our ally."
Fallen Captain, unarmed: "All the Houses agree you would be a powerful ally."
Taken Wizard, obviously armed with magic: "You bested our Master Oryx. We follow only if you kill the other emissaries."
Zavala looks at you and says, "This is the first we have ever received our enemy emissaries into the Tower for talks of allies and partnerships. Since this was due in large part to your efforts we feel you should decide."

Once Oryx and his captains are dead, they should cease being Taken and revert back into their normal form. In the game it seems the Fallen are the closest to ever becoming our allies. Would be cool if they did and we got a new character slot and could pick playing as a Fallen.
