You literally have this backwards. Im Vanilla you couldn't increase something's light level. Now you can. In Vanilla everyone was wearing raid gear. Now you can take that same taid gear with whatever shitty roll you got and infuse it into the gear you like. I don't even underatand understand how you came to your conclusions.
