First things first: I KNOW they're Year1 engrams and are only for collection purpose. Anyway, I was missing 4 Y1 weapons: Pocket Infinity, Y1 Fourth Horseman, Queensbreaker Bow and Dreg's Promise. So I bought 3 Engrams to start with and got QB Bow, Dreg's and...LORD OF WOLVES....sharded it and bought another one, another LoW. So my question is: these Legacy Engrams are decrypted on what base? What's already present in our collection or in our vault?
