Okay, this may be a really stupid question, but I haven't found anything that clearly explains what the difference is between zone control and control.
I'm guessing the scoring is different, but I don't know how.

In control, the team's earn points through kills. Holding the zones adds a multiplier to those points earned. In zone control, points are earned solely through holding the zones. Kills don't matter, only holding the zones.
-
Zone control regardless of how many kills your team has you only score points by having control of the zones. Regular control score is accumulated by controlling the zones and getting kills.
-
Zone control is pure territories. Hold the zones for time to win. The more zones, the more time, the faster you win. The concept is lost on many who can't see beyond KD. They think kills don't matter. Yet how does one hold a zone for long enough to rack up the time it takes to win?

Zone control is way better.

Edited by monkChuck105: 10/29/2015 1:46:33 AMZone control, you get points at regular intervals, 10 per zone you control. Control, you get points for kills, times the number of zones you control. Zone control kills don't matter, at all. All that matters is the zones.
