Year 1 was hoping for raid RNG to get to level 30
Year 2 is now hoping for raid RNG to drop something and RNG to give you enough light! So we're dependent on RNG twice this time around which infuriates the shit out of people.
Basically double RNG, on top of adding 10 extra levels for just hard mode Kings Fall.
