My calcified fragment count isnt correct it says i only have 43 of them but in my grimoire it says i have 45 please help im trying 2 do hunger pangs quest but it wont give it to me.

Grimoire is account wide, meaning that it counts across all your characters. You must have picked up a couple on another character. You need to have 45 on one character.
