Just have the reward system suspended for any matches that are set up as Private.. done. Why is this so hard for them to implement? I understand Bungie's issues with trying to balance large scale PvE and PvP within the same game, but their bread and butter was competitive Halo PvP. Private matches should be a no-brainer.
