Iron Banner Boots
Regarding the last perk in the skill tree:
My warlock boots are ok.
Hunter was changed to Capture King.
On my Titan, that second perk is completely gone...only have Arc Double Down on the last column.
Anybody else?

Yeah second wind is now capture king...wtf these boots are useless now.
